Qeramika është kthyer në një mënyrë të madhe, duke përjetuar një rritje të vazhdueshme interesi dhe popullariteti që nuk është parë që nga vitet 1970. Kthimi në të punuar me dorë, i nxitur nga jeta jonë gjithnjë e më dixhitale, do të thotë se tani ka më shumë prodhues, shitës dhe koleksionistë se kurrë. Ekziston gjithashtu një dëshirë e re për objekte unike të bëra me dorë dhe papërsosmëritë që lidhen me shenjat e krijuesit. Qeramika e kap këtë autenticitet në mënyra që asnjë medium tjetër nuk mundet.
Nga pjesët dekorative te ato të bukura por funksionale, te veprat skulpturore që shtyjnë kufijtë e mediumit, Clay vëzhgon prodhimin e pasur krijues të pesëdhjetë prej poçarëve më të mirë të studios nga e gjithë bota. Është një festë e një brezi të ri artizanësh që punojnë në baltë, një fotografi jo domosdoshmërisht e asaj që po ndodh në nivelin e galerisë elitare, por më tepër një vështrim nga prapaskenat e ofertave unike dhe eklektike, funksionale dhe skulpturore, nga studiot e vogla.
